Welcome to Aljarey Motors – Kenya’s trusted Nissan repair experts. To ensure the best possible service experience, we’ve outlined our key policies regarding appointments, diagnostics, warranties, payments, and more. Please review the following before engaging our services.


1. Service Scope

We specialize exclusively in the diagnosis, repair, and preventive maintenance of Nissan vehicles. We do not service non-Nissan vehicles unless previously agreed upon in writing.


2. Appointment Policy
  • Walk-ins are welcome, but appointments are prioritized.

  • Bookings can be made online or via phone.

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • A 24-hour notice is appreciated for cancellations or rescheduling.


3. Diagnostic Fees
  • All vehicle inspections and fault assessments attract a non-refundable diagnostic fee, which is discussed upfront.

  • This fee is waived if you proceed with the recommended repairs.


4. Repair Authorization
  • No repairs are performed without your prior consent.

  • You’ll receive a written or digital estimate before work begins.

  • If further issues are discovered, we will contact you before proceeding.


5. Warranty Policy

We stand by our workmanship and parts:

  • Labour Warranty: 3 months or 5,000km, whichever comes first.

  • Parts Warranty: As per manufacturer’s or supplier’s terms.

  • Warranty is void if third-party interference or unauthorized repairs are made.


6. Parts Policy
  • We use genuine Nissan parts or high-quality OEM equivalents.

  • Clients may provide their own parts, but we do not warranty customer-supplied parts.


7. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required upon vehicle collection.

  • We accept MPESA, bank transfers, and cash.

  • No cheques are accepted unless pre-cleared.

  • A storage fee may apply for vehicles left over 3 days after job completion.


8. Customer Responsibility
  • Please remove valuables from your vehicle before drop-off.

  • We are not liable for lost items left in the car.

  • You are responsible for sharing accurate information about prior repairs or issues.


9. Turnaround Time
  • We aim for efficient service delivery without compromising quality.

  • Timelines depend on workload, part availability, and repair complexity.

  • You will be kept updated regularly.


10. Vehicle Test Drives

For accurate diagnostics and quality assurance, your vehicle may be test-driven by our certified technicians. This will be done under strict safety protocols.


11. Dispute Resolution

Should a dispute arise, we commit to resolving it professionally and fairly. Kindly reach out to our service manager for any concerns.


12. Policy Updates

We may revise these policies occasionally. The latest version will always be available on this page.
